Ahead of the big game — to be held at the Caesars Superdome on Sunday, February 9 — Taylor was spotted out to dinner with Travis Kelce in New Orleans, LA in a familiar-looking date night ensemble.

Taylor often relies on a little black dress formula for date nights — even those on the weekend of the Super Bowl. I can’t say I blame her as it’s a classic and easy outfit to have in your back pocket. We’ve seen many iterations of this outfit out to dinner over the years, often paired with strappy sandals or lace up black boots or chunky oxford heels depending on the season or era.

But the item that caught my eye the most was her ‘Starburst’ pair of earrings by Three Stories Jewelry. You might remember them from the Chiefs opening 2024-25 season game against the Ravens. For Taylor to bring them back this weekend doubles down on my theory that her game day outfit on Sunday will have other callbacks (call them sentimental or superstitious) to items worn on other game days this season — or perhaps even from last year’s Super Bowl.
